Monthly payments can be made by credit card, debit card, Standing Order or, in the case of Got Spacers signing up for a minimum period of 3 months, by quarterly invoice.

- a Want Spacer, being an individual or business (including start-ups and small to medium-sized enterprises (SME's)) that is looking for new or alternative vacant business space; or
- a Got Spacer, being a landlord, landowner or occupier that has surplus or vacant commercial property available for sale or to let either directly or via your commercial property agency.

Well, it is probably easier to start by telling you that wantspacegotspace.co.uk is NOT a firm of commercial estate agents, chartered surveyors or a property company.
wantspacegotspace.co.uk is an internet-based advertising medium that provides a new way for Got Spacers (and/or their commercial property agents) to promote their surplus or vacant commercial property to Want Spacers.
wantspacegotspace.co.uk comprises a group of like-minded individuals who have come together to form a team which encompasses a wide range of skills, from property and surveying to sales, marketing and IT. All of us have a strong commitment to delivering easier and more efficient ways for new businesses and small to medium sized enterprises (SME’s) to find the business space they need quickly and efficiently.
