Bond Wolfe helps accountants Fields to grow but stay local

wantspacegotspace.co.uk - Bond Wolfe helps accountants Fields to grow but stay localWest Bromwich accountants Fields have expanded into new offices in the town in a deal put together by property agents Bond Wolfe.

The 20-strong firm has taken a ten-year lease at Landchard House, occupying 2,200 sq ft on the second floor.

Headed by partners Stella Broomhall and Neil McMillan, Fields hasn’t moved far, remaining in Victoria Street and relocating from nearby Asden House.

Ms Broomhall said: “Fields is an independent firm of chartered certified accountants that operates throughout the Midlands. It has been established for more than 40 years and it continues to thrive ... as this move shows.

“Working closely with our clients allows us to fully understand their needs and provide them with realistic and adaptable business solutions.”

Mr McMillan added: “Landchard House gives us the extra space we need and we are still at the heart of the West Bromwich business community with immediate access to local amenities.

“We cater for individuals and small to large sized companies – it’s across the board.”

Specialisms include the construction industry, restaurants & hotels, retailers, manufacturers, plant hire, charities, solicitors, property investors, engineering companies and nursing homes.

James Mattin, managing partner of Bond Wolfe, said: “With the space of all sizes we are able to access, plus flexible terms, it was not a problem finding the right package for Fields.

“West Bromwich needs a strong professional services offer. It is great that Fields are doing so well.”
Other occupiers of Landchard House include Sandwell Women’s Aid, TBG Learning, and Sandwell Council of Voluntary Organisations.

It leaves just one suite of 2,993 sq ft available in the three-storey block, and Mr Mattin reports strong interest in the refurbished offices which also enjoy secure on site car parking and 24-hour access.
The popular building is close to public transport networks, the town centre and the Tesco New Square development which opens in June.

The deal follows on from the recent letting of 26-28 Carters Green in West Bromwich to Polish doctors and dentists Polmed Midlands.

The latest letting comes amidst a busy period. Mr Mattin said:

“Viewing and requirement levels are up. We have recently put 15,000 sq ft of deals into solicitors’ hands, including the 4,500 sq ft ground floor of The Old Post Office in West Bromwich High Street – reaffirming our position as the leading local agents for Sandwell and the Black Country.”
