Bruton Knowles opens in Plymouth

wantspacegotspace.co.uk - Bruton Knowles opens in PlymouthNational property consultants, Bruton Knowles has opened an office in Plymouth recruiting one of the city’s best-known commercial property specialists to join the team.

Founded over 150 years ago in Gloucester Bruton Knowles has made the move into Plymouth to help businesses in and around the city with all their property issues.

Glenn Kelly, formerly with Vickery Holman along with Bruton Knowles Partner Paul Matthews have opened the new office in Lockyer Street, Plymouth with further recruits joining in  the coming months.

Glenn has a strong knowledge of the Plymouth market and is well known in the business community with his fundraising work for Plymouth Round Table. He is joined by Paul Matthews, who has 32 years’ experience of the West Country property market, moving to Bruton Knowles in 2013 as the next step in a career that has included being head of both Chesterton and BNP Paribas Bristol offices and establishing Fuller Peiser in the region.

Said Glenn Kelly: “This is an exciting time for me and I am delighted to be involved with the opening of our new Plymouth office . It is a vote of confidence in the City and reinforces its appeal as a business location. My work in Plymouth and the surrounding area will continue to cover a wide remit of property related matters including valuations of land and buildings, development and feasibility studies, lease advisory, business rates and agency advice”. Our aim is to combine the depth of experience that Bruton Knowles has of both urban and rural property in the region with the extensive knowledge of the Plymouth market.  We will be expanding the team in the New Year.”
