Deals totalling over 10,000 sq ft completed at Dragon24 office scheme, North Dock, Llanelli

wantspacegotspace.co.uk - Deals totalling over 10,000 sq ft completed at Dragon24 office scheme, North Dock, LlanelliRO Developments and the Welsh Government have completed three deals totalling 10,000 sq ft at their Dragon24 office scheme, North Dock, Llanelli, with Caboodle Media, Grwp WRW Cyf, and E-qual Recruitment taking space.  

Caboodle Media has leased Unit 3, totalling 2,055 sq ft for £21,372 per annum. Caboodle Media provides creative solutions for web and software applications.

Grwp WRW Cyf has purchased Block C, which comprises Units 8 and 9, totalling 7,143 sq ft for £650,000. Grwp WRW Cyf is owned by WRW Construction Limited, a leading Welsh construction company.

In addition, E-qual Recruitment has taken a 1,033 sq ft office on the first floor of Unit 6 on a five year lease at a rent of £10,330 per annum. E-qual Recruitment provides staffing requirements for clients in the education and professional services sectors.  

The new deals were completed within weeks of each other and the businesses join tenants such as Action on Hearing Loss, formerly the Royal National Institute for Deaf people, accounting firm Easybooks Limited and cleaning specialists Cathedral Hygiene.  

Dragon24 Llanelli was developed by the Dragon 24 LLP public/private partnership between RO Developments and the Welsh Government. Designed and built to meet a “BREEAM Very Good” standard, the scheme offers 28,000 sq ft of high quality office accommodation demonstrating best practice in sustainable design and energy performance. Occupiers enjoy picturesque coastal views and space at the scheme is available in suites from 500 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft.
