DTZ’s Tim Cameron-Jones appointed head of the North Business Unit and John Keyes appointed head of the Manchester office

wantspacegotspace.co.uk - DTZ’s Tim Cameron-Jones appointed head of the North Business Unit and John Keyes appointed head of the Manchester officeDTZ, have announced the appointment of Tim Cameron-Jones as head of the North Business Unit.  Tim has been head of DTZ's Leeds office since 2004. John Keyes has been appointed head of the Manchester office.

Tim joined DTZ Leeds office in 2002, from London.  His primary area of responsibility was to lead DTZ Leeds investment team, focussing on both the local client base and providing an interface with London investors. During this time, Tim has provided investment transaction and advisory support for a wide range of clients. These include local and national developers and property companies, institutional investors as well as corporate occupiers and the public sector.

Tim comments:  “After over 10 years with DTZ, I am delighted to take up the role of leading DTZ’s Northern Business Unit. Having known Tony Hordon and John Keyes for many years, I look forward to working with them both as well as our other colleagues in Leeds, Newcastle and Manchester.”

John Keyes joined DTZ in 2010. John is the Director leading the Public Sector consultancy team in the North West region. He advises both regional and national clients including Manchester Metropolitan University, the Education Funding Agency and London Metropolitan University. He is both a chartered town planner and chartered surveyor and has 20 years experience in advising development projects, urban regeneration strategies, project funding and property and estate strategies – all predominantly in the public sector.

Commenting on his new role, John said, “I am very excited to be taking on this role at the current time. Our team in Manchester remains highly experienced with key market leaders. Market conditions are improving and we are very well placed to grow our revenues across all our business lines over the coming years.”
