The finalists included a team from ITV, Colliers/CBRE, Cushman and Wakefield and dock10 studio set builders.

DTZ/Sanderson Weatherall beat off all their competitors from CBRE, Colliers, GVA, Knight Frank, Edwards and Co, Matthews and Goodman and Savills to finish in the highest position of all the surveying firms taking part.

The day was hosted by Peel Holdings (Land and Property) Limited at MediaCityUK, the home of ITV and the BBC. John Keyes, Head of the DTZ Manchester office commented: “It is always nice to beat the competition! DTZ demonstrated how hard work and determination alongside communication, skill and focus can really pay off.
