Innes England brews up a good deal with Costa Coffee

wantspacegotspace.co.uk - Innes England brews up a good deal with Costa CoffeeA popular coffee franchise has moved in to 35 Bell Street in Wigston, Leicester, in a deal secured by Innes England.

The Leicester commercial property agency acted on behalf of the landlord, Gesamt Anstalt, to secure the let of the 1,275 sq ft unit to 3D Coffee Ltd, which will be trading as Costa Coffee.

This is the twelfth coffee shop that 3D Coffee Ltd has opened in the last six years. The other outlets near to Wigston are located at London Road and Queens Road in Leicester city centre, along with stores at Oakham and Oadby.

Paul Watson of Innes England said: “This is an ideal location for this type of business as it’s situated in the busy pedestrianised Bell Street in the heart of Wigston.
“The town’s retail economy has become increasingly dependent on national retailers including supermarkets and chain stores, which complements the town’s independent shops.”
“This is the fourth outlet that we have helped to locate for 3D Coffee Ltd in the last three years, and this latest letting is a positive sign that the demand for food and drink units is still healthy in the region.”

Hoosein Dadabhoy, one of the owners of 3D Coffee Ltd said: “With a number of other coffee shops in Leicester, our customers had asked us about opening a store in Wigston so we knew there was a demand. The location is ideal as it is opposite Sainsbury’s on Bell Street with a high level of resulting foot traffic.

“The premises were just what we were looking for as we required a property with two floors, considerable floor space and an outside seating area.I look forward to meeting our new customers in Wigston to see what they think of our latest store.”
