Morson Group moving to Birmingham Business Park

wantspacegotspace.co.uk - Morson Group moving to Birmingham Business ParkGlobal engineering and recruitment company Morson Group has moved into new purpose built offices at 3160 Park Square on Birmingham Business Park.  The business has taken 3,647 sq ft on a five year term with 35 staff relocating from their previous premises at nearby Trinity Park.

Mark H Johnstone, Regional Director for Morson Projects Ltd, was instrumental in the search for new premises:

“Birmingham Business Park has become a hub for high value engineering service providers such as the Morson Group.  Our clients operate predominantly in the aerospace, industrial and energy sectors, and so this new office locates us alongside blue chip companies in complementary areas of activity.  The international nature of our business is such that access to Birmingham International Airport and the motorway network ranked highly in our search criteria.  Proximity to transport infrastructure, as well as our requirement for a high quality business environment is totally satisfied by 3160 Park Square.  These new offices will provide an excellent new facility for our talented team to operate from within the West Midlands.”

Richard Fletcher-Brewer, acting on behalf of the landlord, said ongoing investment in the facilities at Park Square was a major factor in attracting the Morson Group:

“Birmingham Business Park remains one of the pre-eminent business locations in the Midlands and the landlord has committed to a significant refurbishment programme at the scheme.  This will incorporate improvements to the remaining vacant office space.  The outlook for the advanced engineering sector in our region remains extremely positive, and the knock-on effect for schemes like Park Square shouldn’t be underestimated.  It is vital that investors commit to maintaining extremely high standards as this will play a significant role in securing high-end occupiers like Morson.”
