Since the refurbishment programme completed in July 2011, Park Square has become company HQ to a variety of businesses. The building became fully let following recent transactions including a 67,500 sq ft letting to US-owned engineering consultancy ‘Jacobs UK’ and a 10,100 sq ft deal to pensions and business services provider ‘myCSP’.

Engineering firm Jacobs were impressed by the buildings on-site amenities including the staff canteen and leisure facilities and chose to merge their various Cheadle offices into one main base following their initial letting of 10,000 sq ft in October 2011.

Prior to that, ‘Welspun UK’ who are the supplier of the UK’s No1 branded towel Christy, took 12,000 sq ft within the building and ‘On the Beach Limited’ – a leading online retailer of beach holidays relocated 150 employees from their Didsbury base to 17,500 sq ft of office space at Park Square. Both deals were taken over a 10-year period and the building now acts as their company HQ.
