Orbit Developments secures deal with Unicom

wantspacegotspace.co.uk - Orbit Developments secures deal with UnicomOrbit Developments has secured a new 5 year deal with Unicom who are taking 5,627 sq ft at Barlow House, Manchester city centre.

Unicom were previously located at 18-22 Mosley Street another Orbit property and have recently gone through a period of rapid expansion. Due to entering the electricity market via a co-branded agreement with SSE and creating 40 more jobs, the company required larger yet affordable prime city centre office space. Unicom will be based on the 5th floor at Barlow House.

Barlow House is located just off Portland Street in the heart of Manchester city centre and has recently benefitted from on-going investment whilst a newly created small suite scheme has been created to provide flexible space more suited to the burgeoning SME market in central Manchester. The smaller suite scheme is available on a new flexible “all inclusive” package at £26 psf.  This has already proved to be a popular initiative and is already generating an increased level of interest in the suites that are due for completion by the middle of July.
