Physioworld move to new Nottingham Location

wantspacegotspace.co.uk - Physioworld move to new Nottingham LocationNottingham based chartered surveyors heb and joint agents Lambert Smith Hampton have finalised new city premises for PhysioWorld – the chief operating officer of which is ex-Nottingham Forest footballer Kevin Doyle.
The fast-expanding provider of injury treatment and rehabilitation services has relocated to a modern first-floor 1,790 sq ft office suite at 2a Sherwood Rise, Nottingham. Its new premises are well-known locally and are conveniently located one mile from the heart of Nottingham.

The move comes as part of a consolidation of its Nottingham physiotherapy operation, which is currently based across a number of sites.  The letting was completed on behalf of Estates Incomes.

Robert Maxey, head of business space at heb, said: “Having initially entered into discussions with PhysioWorld it quickly became apparent that the first floor suite at Sherwood Rise would be an excellent match for them.

“The size, internal configuration and location were ideal. Once terms had been provisionally agreed, PhysioWorld and their professional team were straight forward to deal with making this transaction a pleasure from start to finish,” Robert added.
PhysioWorld has centres across the country, having been set up in 2004, and is a preferred provider of physiotherapy to a number of UK sporting organisations and professional athletes.

After finishing his playing career, Kevin moved into physiotherapy, firstly with Birmingham City in the Premier League. He is a member of The Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists and is a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
Kevin said: “We wanted to find a new base in Nottingham and have been delighted with the assistance heb has provided. They were very professional and our new location meets our needs perfectly.
“We are delighted to have found a new home in Nottingham.  At PhysioWorld, we have more than 100 clinics across the UK and for each of them it’s important to have the right premises. At each clinic we ensure that every patient receives the highest standard of advice and treatment from our specialists which is the type normally provided to a Premier League footballer.”

PhysioWorld were advised by Mark Wright, partner of Birmingham-based property development and management company Trebor Developments.
Mark said: “The Sherwood Rise property is perfect for PhysioWorld’s base in Nottingham. We have already been trading from clinics in the area but this property allows us to create bespoke facilities to offer a wider range of services for a growing clientele in the city.
“We were delighted to work with heb to agree the terms of the deal and secure our consents in a quick and efficient manner. We are busy rolling out further clinics for PhysioWorld to meet its rapid expansion programme.”
