The 8,100 sq ft deal was secured on a 10 year lease and is the second major letting at the Park in recent weeks.

The letting will see the organisations occupy the entire ground floor of the 17,000 sq ft new building. Following the letting earlier this Spring to PHS Group, the property is now fully occupied.

Sid Sadique, Managing Director of Riverside Truck Rental said: “Oasis Business Park offers the organisations, which are both part of the NRG Fleet Services Ltd group of companies, with affordable quality Grade A offices that is easily accessible from the motorway network. It is an exciting time for both organisations and we are confident our new head office location will provide us with the ideal base from which to develop”.

Robert Diggle, Partner at Edward Symmons and agent for KRM (UK) the developer of Oasis Business Park, commented: “We are delighted to have secured Riverside Truck Rental and Direct Tyre Management at Oasis Business Park, and to have let the entire 17,000 sq ft property in little more than a month.  This provides evidence that the out of town office market in the North West, despite challenging market conditions, can attract tenants where quality accommodation is on offer”.
