Atlas AV, a global provider of high quality audio video solutions, has taken an 1,805 sq ft office unit on a five year lease at a rent of £27,015 per annum.  

The Dragon24 schemes located in Swansea and Llanelli are part of a public/private joint venture between the Welsh Assembly Government and
RO Developments and offer some of the best quality space in South Wales.

The schemes provide high specification accommodation to a BREEAM Excellent standard which guarantees best practice in sustainable design and energy performance. Occupiers benefit from air conditioning, raised floors, suspended ceilings, LG7 compliant lighting, onsite parking and Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) compliant space.

Together, the developments provide office units ranging from 958 sq ft to 7,143 sq ft, and hybrid units – which are part-office and part shell and core to allow users to specify their own fit-out, ranging from 1,016 sq ft to 4,283sq ft.
