SN1 recruits Hayes

wantspacegotspace.co.uk - SN1 recruits HayesActing on behalf of the Mapeley Group, Whitmarsh Lockhart are delighted to announce that they have recently concluded lease negotiations with Hayes Recruitment at SN1, Swindon. Hayes have taken a new 5 year lease on the 3rd Floor of this building totalling 3,445 sq ft.

SN1, formerly known as Premier House, is located on Swindon’s bustling Station Road. Mapeley have recently upgraded the entrance and main reception to the highest standards.

Positioned directly opposite the railway station, SN1 has already attracted Amey who took 10,060 sq ft a few months ago. SN1 could not be better positioned for visitors, staff and for the facilities provided by Swindon town centre.

The nearby mainline railway station provides connections to London and other business and commuter centres. The mainline link with Paddington is in the process of being electrified and future commuting times should be cut by 10-15 minutes.

James Preece from the Bristol office of Colliers International said “The decision by Mapeley to refurbish but still offer the office accommodation at a very competitive rent has been a winning combination. The fact that SN1 is prominent and opposite the railway station has ensured a good level of demand.”

James Lockhart of Whitmarsh Lockhart said

“The recent letting to Hayes underlines the continuing steady improvement in the town centre office market in Swindon. The conscious decision by the owners of SN1 to offer suites over a wide range of sizes has proved successful.

Businesses moving into SN1 will be rubbing shoulders with the likes of Zurich Financial Services, Network Rail, Capita, Amey, Nationwide and the National Trust to name but a few.

This is surely testament to the vibrancy of Swindon as a business centre.”
