DO & CO, an established customer of AIPUT for over 10 years, has taken a long term commitment of a Grade A warehouse facility of 875 sq m (9,400 sq ft) to add to their existing facilities on the estate and support the growth of their London Heathrow catering division. DO & CO delivers world-class catering solutions for large international airlines at London including British Airways, Emirates, Etihad Airways, and China Southern Airlines, and major international events including the London Chelsea Flower Show and the UEFA Champions League Final at Wembley. This warehouse acquisition allows the gourmet caterer to grow its Heathrow operation to almost 7,430 sq m (80,000 sq ft) of cutting edge food preparation accommodation, and to expand its innovative premium food offer. 

Following the recent letting to GE Aviation of almost 20,000 sq ft over the Summer, the terrace of Grade A warehouse units is now fully let. The only remaining available unit at AIPUT’s estate of 23,225 sq m (250,000 sq ft) is Unit 1, which provides a new prime 11,150 sq m (120,000 sq ft) distribution facility, and is the largest available logistics warehouse at Heathrow.
