Premium Listings

. We can invoice your client direct.

. Up to 7 images.
. All enquiries directly back to you and all agents included on the instruction.
. If the property has a website it can be linked back to the properties site.
. The information or property can be changed at anytime, and if let or under offer can be replaced with another instruction for the time to run.
. A premium listing for the region search i.e. Leicester will only have premiums appear for that region maximum attention gained.
. You can login and see the views on the property to present to clients at marketing meetings.
. Press release in the weekly news letter announcing the premium has gone live that reaches, tenants, occupiers, local authorities, agents developers, accountants and solicitors.
